What does an AMC include?
Every contract is agreed with you — the equipment covered, how often our engineers visit, what is included and how breakdowns are handled. Tell us what you have and we will propose terms.
Can you take an AMC for UPS systems you did not supply?
Tell us the brand, model and capacity. We service online UPS systems of all major brands and will confirm whether an AMC is possible for your equipment.
Do you cover batteries and stabilizers?
Mention them in your request along with the UPS details, and we will include them in the proposal where possible.
